Abdulrahman Al Nazari is a distinguished Emirati cybersecurity executive and strategic leader with nearly 30 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and enterprise governance across Dubai's government and healthcare sectors.
As the Director of Cybersecurity & Information Protection at Dubai Health Authority (DHA), he leads strategic governance, cyber defense, information security risk, regulatory compliance and security awareness, and oversees cybersecurity for Dubai's private healthcare sector. His mandate is to strengthen the resilience of the healthcare ecosystem, protect sensitive clinical information and keep the organization aligned with Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC) requirements, UAE legislation and international security and privacy standards.
Throughout his career, including senior leadership roles at Dubai Municipality, Abdulrahman has spearheaded enterprise-wide technology and cybersecurity transformation, led teams of more than 30 professionals and managed budgets of up to AED 27 million.

يشغل حالياً منصب مدير إدارة الأمن السيبراني وحماية المعلومات في هيئة الصحة بدبي، حيث يقود الحوكمة الاستراتيجية والدفاع السيبراني وإدارة مخاطر أمن المعلومات والامتثال التنظيمي والتوعية الأمنية، إلى جانب الإشراف على الأمن السيبراني في القطاع الصحي الخاص في دبي. ويعمل على تعزيز مرونة المنظومة الصحية وحماية المعلومات السريرية الحساسة وضمان التوافق مع متطلبات مركز دبي للأمن الإلكتروني والتشريعات الإماراتية والمعايير الدولية للأمن والخصوصية.
شغل سابقاً مناصب قيادية عليا في بلدية دبي، قاد خلالها مبادرات التحول التقني والأمن السيبراني على مستوى المؤسسة، وأدار فرق عمل تضم أكثر من 30 متخصصاً وميزانيات تصل إلى 27 مليون درهم.
