As Director of Cybersecurity & Information Protection at Dubai Health Authority (DHA), he leads cybersecurity governance, protects critical information assets, advances regulatory compliance and strengthens organizational resilience against evolving cyber threats. Previously, in senior leadership roles at Dubai Municipality, he led enterprise-wide technology and cybersecurity transformation, built high-performing multidisciplinary teams and managed multimillion-dirham budgets.
